L-59 If we've never seen each other before, just raise up your hand. I've never seen you. I don't know the woman, never seen her. She just said, just standing here, that's all.
Now, this is a very beautiful picture to start tonight of a repeat of a Scripture in the 3rd chapter of Saint John. A man and a woman met for their first time at a well. One was a Samaritan and the other One was a Jew. And Jesus went to talking to the woman until He found where her trouble was. And He told her what her trouble was. And she recognized it to be the Messiah.
Now, if He's risen from the dead, He can do the same thing. Now, the only thing that I know about this meeting; I felt led to accept it. I didn't ask who was sponsoring or nothing about it. I don't know what is sponsoring... Just a little few day's meeting here, just to get acquainted with you Carolina people. And Brother Moore sent me up here to meet this man; I didn't know where it was going to be. And we come to get this auditorium. That's all I know; I'm here. This is my first person tonight. That's all I know.

L-60 I was borned miles away from this woman, and I--I never seen her. But Jesus Christ, the Son of God, Who's here in Spirit form, now if He will, we could... If I can yield myself to Him by a Divine gift, then this woman can have a repeat of that day up there. Is that right? Just a...?... Now, may the Lord grant it, and all of you promised you would believe and expressed it. May the Lord grant it as I pass to the woman.
Now, here, lady, not knowing you and never met you and never knew who you was or nothing, then there'd have to be some way that I'd have to know if I knowed what you're here for. I wouldn't have any idea. You're just a woman and standing here. I wouldn't have any idea why you're here. But you're for... You want something or you may be here as a critic. If you have, you just watch when that takes place. See? But that I say, now, you might be. See, I don't know that you was not, have no way of knowing. See? But if--if you'll just watch (See?), you'll find out.

L-61 Now, but, you being a Christian woman, and are--are here for some purpose. Christ alone knows; I don't. But you're conscious that there's something besides just me here. There's something besides me. I want the audience to watch the expression on each person's face when the Angel of the Lord comes near us. See? The woman's aware that something's going on. It's not her brother makes her feel that way. See? Now, in between me and the woman is this same Pillar or Fire you see right here is right between us right now.
Now, she being a woman, me a man, not knowing her, never seen her, then God would have reveal to me something. Now, if she wants healing, if it's sickness, or if it's finance, whatever she's here for, I don't know, but whatever it is, He's already purchased of whatsoever she wanted, it was purchased at Calvary. The only thing He could do if He was wearing this suit that He gave me, the only thing He could do would be do the same thing He done back there. That's right. But now, if the--if the lady would be... If God will grant His mercy, I pray that He will. I don't say that He will, but maybe He will. I trust in Him.

L-62 She's promised to receive me. Here you have promised to receive Him. And now as the woman... If the man operating the microphone's still catching my voice, she's moving away from me. The woman is bothered. I see her with a severe nervous condition as she's walking and the way she grips her hands; and she's extremely nervous. And another thing is with the woman, she's got a sinus trouble, up here in her face. And she's... That's right. That's THUS SAITH THE LORD. Now, you believe? Now, watch. See, the more you would talk to her, that's why the Spirit is moving on. Now, now, lady. But you will know that was true or not.

L-63 Now, if you just believe with all of your heart maybe He'd show me something else account of being, you being the first patient. Oh, that would be... Now, yes, I see you being examined. You--you have real bad headaches all a time, migraine headaches. And I see you going in and out of the hospi--not only one hospital; you're going from hospital to hospital. And none of them is doing you any good. That is THUS SAITH THE LORD. Do you believe now? [Blank.spot.on.tape--Ed.] Who made heavens and earth, I [Blank.spot.on.tape--Ed.] I ask for her health. May it be...?... for Your glory. Amen. Now go...?... sister. You believe now with all you... Go rejoicing. All right.
Do you believe? Now, you can't blame the woman for being all upset or disturbed. You'd be too, if you were healed. Now, what healed her? Not me, her faith did it. Just have faith, believe. Now, be real reverent. Be real reverent.

L-64 Now, the lady here, an aged woman, I've never seen her in my life. We're strangers to one another, are we, sister dear? I don't know you, never seen you. But if Christ, will let me know what you're here for, will you accept it and believe it? Now, may He grant it. The first thing I see, if the audience can still hear my voice; she's shadowed. A darkness is all around the woman because she's suffering with cancer. That's THUS SAITH THE LORD. That is true, isn't it, lady? Raise your hand if that's true. Do you believe? Now, just a moment. Let's talk to the lady just for a moment. Visions make me weak as you can see how... See? For a... Just so it's the first night. I take my time. Whatever He told you... Now, you heard my voice. But that wasn't me. That was Him. I just yielded. And now, I just... Yeah, I see it coming again, it's darkness. It is a cancer. It's cancer. And one of them is located on your shoulder, your right shoulder, where that cancer's located. Is that right? Now, go believing.
Our heavenly Father, I pray for the woman in the Name of the Lord Jesus. Grant it, Lord. Amen. Have faith in God. Believe; so shall thou receive. [Mark 11:22]

L-65 How do you do, lady. Suppose we're strangers to each other? We don't know each other. Now, you're just a bit excited because this isn't going to bother you. See? It's the Lord Jesus, not your brother. I'm just your brother. But it's the Lord Jesus to help you. Now, if I could help you and wouldn't do it, I'd be a brute, wouldn't I? But if I had any way of helping you, lady, I... Whatever you're here for, I'd do anything I could for you. And I--I would, yes, ma'am. That's... God knows my heart; I'd do anything I could. I can't, you see, though just limitation as being borned in this world as a child, I saw a vision. And then He met me and told me that was His work for me to do here on earth. I... Everybody will not believe it. They didn't believe Him, so I--I...?... believing me...?...
But you're conscious that there's just a little something strange at this time, definitely, or something, now a kind of a humble, sweet feeling like, around you. Isn't that right? That's this Angel of the Lord that you see on the picture. Now, that you see on the picture, is right where you are now. 'Course being a...?... I call it the vision or channel of Him. I see It. It's right around here. Now, as it comes to you (See?), then He may reveal something that'd help you to believe Him (See?) to know that He's living; He loves you.

L-66 The first thing I notice as you begin to move away, is your feeling or lack of spirituality. You're seeking and wanting and always, I see you as even as a girl, seemed like as a child like, you always desired a--a closer walk that you've never had it performed yet, never have come into that category. That is right. And I'm not reading your mind. See? But I see you as a younger person. And that--that is true. Now, that's true? If it is, raise your hand. It's here tonight. See? Your--your life is just open before me.
And I see you also, you're upset and beset about something. You're real nervous, very nervous condition. And then I see there's something wrong with the--the blood. It's--it's the arteries in your body. The other thing, you got a--a condition that you walk. It's a--it's a kind of a arthritis, you have also. That is true.

L-67 Then I see you take a fall. You just recently had a fall, sometime ago, and it kind of upset you. You never have just felt right since then. That is true. That's... Is that all true? Then there's something here close that knows you, isn't it? Do you believe it to be the resurrected Jesus Christ? Then come here. What did Jesus say? "These signs shall follow them that believe. If they lay their hands on the sick they shall recover. Is that right? Then this I do, lay hands upon thee, my beloved sister, in the Name of Jesus Christ, that you will receive the desire of your heart. In Jesus Christ's Name. Amen. God bless you, sister. It all turns light around you now, so you're healed; you can go on your road rejoicing and thank the Lord. God bless you, sister. You believe? Only thing you have to do is have faith in God. [Mark 16:17-18]

L-68 Mister, setting on the end of the seat, you want to get over that rupture? You think God would heal you of that rupture and make you well? If you believed it, you could receive it. It's up to you whether you want to accept it or not. You believe, with all your heart?
That didn't please the Holy Spirit just right. The man ought to see it. You see? Just a moment. You got to respond to it. It left me. See? It went to the audience. I called the man and he didn't catch it. See? He must respond, just a soon as He called you. God don't want you lingering; He wants you to answer Him. See?

L-69 Be reverent. There's someone else in the audience is praying. It's a dark shadowed condition. Here it is standing before me here. It's a woman. She's upset about something. Seems to me like you could see that Light hanging there. Here it comes. It's right over this lady setting here with the little brown looking dress. Yes, she's worrying about cancer, worrying about it. That is right, isn't it, lady? If that's right, raise up your hand. The lady there in the brown dress, right there. All right, lady. Don't you fear, He healed you of that cancer just then. Your faith touched Him and now you're well.
Have faith in God. Don't doubt. If you can... What did she do? I ask any of you to pray. You were praying wasn't you, lady? That's right. That's right. See? Now, have faith. [Mark 11:22]

L-70 What about you up in the balcony? Are you believing? I ask any of you, if I be the servant of God and have told the truth about God, God's got to honor the Word that I told. I spoke of Him, now He's speaking back to me, through me, that I told you the truth. If you can only believe. Have faith. Look this way and say, "Lord, I believe with all my heart." Just believe it.
Watch. Now as your faith moves, so does the Holy Spirit. I believe... Is this the patient, sir? This is...?... Excuse me, lady. I'm not beside myself, yet, it's a weakening. That He's... See, it's--it's against the...?... in the audience. They're fifty to one healed in the audience than what's on the platform. 'Course this doesn't heal people; this only brings people's faith up to express what Jesus did when He healed them when He died. See? It isn't a healing now; it's expressing what Jesus has already done. See, everybody's healed. Everybody was saved in the atonement, but you have to accept it. Now, there's your faith.

L-71 Oh, it's the little lady setting there with glasses on, praying, with the little gray coat on, about two people behind her, this woman was just prayed for; she's suffering with diabetes and wants to be healed. If that's right, slip up your hand up, lady. That's true, isn't it? Raise you hand. Raise your hand like this to the audience if that's true? You was praying and said, "Lord, let him call me." If that's right, raise your hand like this. There you are. How did I know your prayer here? It's Christ that's raised from the dead. It's Him. It's your faith a doing that. Believe it, so shall you be healed as you believe on Him.

L-72 Now, lady, you... Everyone should believe. I have this lady standing before me. She has--she's has a...?... She's very much disturbed about something, and that's about a--a man, her husband. He's sick. You got a sick husband. That's THUS SAITH THE LORD. Raise your hand if that's true. Have faith.
Now, a man came before me just then, but I don't believe he's in the building. Just a moment. Have... Be reverent, everyone just praying. Look this way again, lady. Have faith and believe in God, every one of you. Just believe the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. Just imagine seeing Him standing over here by my side, saying, "You say this or you say that." And when He'd taken, looking through my eyes to see something that's--that's happening, it's going to happen... Now, as I talk to the woman. What was--what was the trouble? Your husband, wasn't it, I believe it? Yes, sir, that's right. Now, I catch your spirit again, just like the woman at the well. That's what He was doing. He talked to her a minute so He could catch her spirit. You got more trouble. That's about a--a boy. It's your son, a backslider that boy has caused you a lot of trouble. And that boy is in trouble right now. And he's up for a trial. And that trial, I believe, it's wrote out, "manslaughter." That's to be tried about tomorrow, real soon. That's right, isn't it? THUS SAITH THE LORD. You--you believe? Go, receive. As you have believed, so shall you receive. Praise the Lord.

L-73 Have faith in God. Just only believe. Oh, all of you ought to believe. This is for our hour; and is encouraging if you just had faith. See, Jesus has already done the work. This is just His love and grace to you. Can't you know that He... Cleopas and them, He did something to... He... They'd walked with Him all day and didn't know it. But the way He did something, they recognized that that was Him. Well, I tried to tell you what He did when He was here on earth so you could recognize the same way. You've walked with Him a long time, maybe in your church and didn't know it. He's here. He's alive. He isn't dead. [Mark 11:22]

L-74 The lady now, I guess this is the patient before me? Now the woman's a stranger. I don't know, never seen her in my life. Is that right, lady? We're strangers? Now, to the rest of you there, if Jesus will let me know... Now, you know it has to come to a supernatural power. Now, it's your attitude what that is what determines what you get. See? They put rag on His head and hit Him and said, "Tell us something." See? But He doesn't do that. It's your attitude towards Him. And I declare that It's Him. That mechanical eye of the camera declares It's Him. Science declares that It's Him. The Bible declares that It's Him. The Holy Spirit declares that It's Him. And He's here right now doing the same things He did and you're without excuse. To disbelieve me would be all right; I'm a man. But to disbelieve His Words, it would be sin. As sin is unbelief. "He that believeth not is condemned already." Sin isn't drinking, committing adultery. That isn't sin. That's the attributes of sin. You do that because you're an unbeliever. Believers don't do that. [Luke 22:64]

L-75 Now, if God will speak to the lady... She's here for some part. I don't know. But if He will tell us why, will every one of you accept Jesus right now as your Healer, and that'll just settle it? If the woman will raise her hand that I don't know her, nothing about her... Is that right, lady? [Blank.spot.on.tape--Ed.] Know nothing about her... And, I--I don't... So much discernment. It just weakens me so that I don't like to go too far...?... [Blank.spot.on.tape--Ed.] standing around me to get me just at any time.
And now, the lady standing before me, I don't know her, but I see her all disturbed about something. Yes, I see her going into a place that's a clinic or a hospital, something on that order. And she... There's something wrong her. It's in her esophagus. It's in the... here she's... The food won't swallow down. There seems to be nothing can help it. That was THUS SAITH THE LORD. You believe, lady? Christ, the Son of God, heal this woman, I pray Thee, Father, if we found grace in Your sight. Let her go home and be able to eat, come back giving testimony, and rejoicing for the glory of God, in Christ's Name. Amen. God bless you, lady. Go, believing now with all your heart.

L-76 Would you send the patient. Now... No, I--I--I'm not reading your mind. Friend, don't think that; that's sin. Here, I don't know this lady. Put your hand on mine, lady. If the Lord Jesus will reveal to me this way what your trouble is, will you accept your healing? I see a table and a woman moving away from it with her hand up. The lady's got stomach trouble. That's... You're holding my hand. That's right. Raise your hand if that's right, lady. It's caused by a nervous condition. It's a peptic, right in the pit of the stomach. When she eats, it sours, gets bitter, comes up against her teeth, she has an awful distress after it. She's suffering with a nervous condition from a time of the life too. It's just what they call the menopause, into that, makes her nervous from a lady's condition. And that's run her into a peptic ulcer in her stomach. Have you? Premature to it. Now, the Lord bless you, sister. Go home rejoicing and happy for that and both the conditions is gone from you. Go eat your supper. God bless you.

L-77 What if I just prayed for you, would believe anyhow? You're a little bit excited. See? That's right. But will you promise tonight that the same promise you made God that He would heal you, and let you get well, will you accept it if I tell you're going to get well? You promised Him that. Now, go on, you're healed. Serve Him with all your heart.
I'm not reading their mind, not at all. Heart trouble's nothing for our Lord to heal. He can take heart trouble away just as easy. You believe that? Then go and accept Him. God bless you. You wanted to be laid hands on you, didn't you? That's right. Now, go and receive you're healing.
Let's say, "Praise the Lord," everybody. All right. Have faith. Don't doubt.

L-78 I'm a stranger to you, lady. Oh, I see you holding to things when you get up of a morning. You got arthritis. That's right. Kind of shocked you, didn't it. Now, move your feet like this now. See how easy it left. Now, just go on your road rejoicing and be well...?... Come believing. Have faith.
Little lady, when you move from that seat awhile ago, the black shadow swept over you, but God can heal cancer just the same as He healed toothache or anything. You believe that? You accept your healing now? Come here. Thou demon, you might've hid from a doctor but you can't hide from God. Come out of her in the Name of Jesus Christ; I adjure thee to be completely...?...
Let's say, "Praise the Lord." Do you believe? Have faith. Look and live.

L-79 Got something wrong with your feet and legs, haven't you, lady, setting on the end there, praying? When that lady was healed a few minutes ago. Something was said to her; something real strange struck you. Isn't that right? If it is, wave your hand like that so the audience can see. That's right. See? I seen you here on the platform. That's the reason I know you were there. Amen. You believe Him? Accept your healing?
That you might know, the lady setting next you there. Look at me, lady. You believe me to be His prophet, His servant? You want to get over that high blood pressure. You believe Jesus Christ will make you well? Raise your hand if that's right. See? Amen.
The man setting next to you has had heart trouble. He wants to get well of heart trouble too, don't you, sir? Isn't that right? See? You have heart trouble.
The next man has diabetes; you think God would heal his diabetes? Certainly.

L-80 You believe? All right. If you believe, lay your hands over on each other. I don't care what's wrong with you. It must be my time to go; they're... Dear Jesus, Son of God, I pray a prayer of faith and ask that in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, that You'd heal every person here. Satan, come out of them and I...

L-73 All right. How many have we got down there? 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. How--where--where's... 50 was it? 50 to 60? All right. Have 61, 62, 63, 64, 65... Maybe we can get these...?... I hate to stop right while I'm getting them to a praying and the anointing strikes. I--I--I just get out of it. It doesn't matter how many or anything stands. It's just--it's just the idea of how many I can get to. You can watch, brother preacher, and if I get a past these, then I'll let you know and then you give it. All right.
I want to look at the audience here. Each one of you look to me. We're all strangers to one another, are we, you that's in the prayer line? If you are, raise your hands. Is everybody in here strangers to me? I'm a stranger. All right.
How many in here doesn't have a prayer card and wants the Lord Jesus to heal you tonight? Raise your hands to Him anywhere you are. All right. Have faith now. Just believe. That's all you have to do. Have faith. Now, look this a way.

L-74 Now, in the Bible... for the sake of those who are--was here for your first time. In the Bible Jesus Christ never prom--never claimed to be a healer. How many knows that say, "Amen." He said, "It's not Me that doeth the works. It's My Father that dwelleth in Me." Is that right?
He passed through crippled, afflicted, blind people, wouldn't heal them, went over and healed a man laying on a pallet, because the Father had showed Him that. He said so. He knew the man was there, and then in Saint John the 19th chapter--or the 19th verse of the 5th chapter, He said, that, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, the Son can't do nothing in Himself till He sees the Father do it first." How many's read that? Let's see your hands, know...
Now, that's enough Scripture to prove it. See? Jesus Christ, the Son of God, couldn't lie. If He does, He wasn't the Son of God. So He said, "I do nothing in Myself until the Father shows Me by a vision first what to do. Verily, verily (That's absolutely, absolutely,) I say unto you: I can do nothing in myself, but what I see the Father doing." Is that true? Then He never performed one miracle until the Father showed Him. It's by vision. [John 14:12], [John 5:19]

L-75 A woman touched His garment one time, got healed. He said, "I never done that." She touched His garment and run out in the crowd, and set down, stood up whatever she was. He said, "Who touched Me?"
She said, "I didn't."
Nobody... Everybody said, "No, not me."
He said, "Somebody touched Me, now, 'cause virtue went out."
Peter said, "The whole crowd's a touching You. Why say, 'Who touched Me?'"
He said, "But I got weak." And He looked around till He found the woman, and He said she had a blood issue. He said, "Thy faith--thy faith hath healed thee." Is that right? No. "Thy faith hath saved thee." Well, the same word "saved" is "healed" ever time in the Bible. The Greek word is "Sozo." Is that right? Sozo. Physically or spiritually the same word: "Thy faith has saved thee." See? [Mark 5:25-34]

L-76 Touch some blind man's eyes as they followed Him. "Lord, have mercy on us." He didn't have no vision. He just went on, went in the house, and they come to Him. "Lord, have mercy."
He touched their eyes and said, "Now, according to your faith, be it unto you." No vision (See?), just as the Father showed Him. All right.
Now, if Jesus will arise here tonight... I claim that He's the same. He said, "These things that I do, shall you also." Is that right? Greater... The word really isn't to our translation, not greater but more. You couldn't do greater in qua--quality. He healed the sick, raised the dead, stopped nature, done everything. See? So you couldn't do nothing but in quantity. "More than this shall you do, for I go to My Father. A little while, and the world won't see Me no more. Yet you shall see Me, for I will be with you, in you, to the end of the world."
Now, if He's raised from the dead, He's got to act the same way, the same God, the same Person, the same power, the same visions, everything just exactly like He did it the first time. If He didn't, why, then His Words are wrong. That's a statement. [John 14:12, 19], [Matthew 28:20]

L-77 Where would you find it in the world today? But Christ is obligated to His Word. He's got to keep His Word. He kept It with Abraham. He's got to keep it with Abraham's seed. He's got to do it. He has to present it, then it's whatever you think about it determines what you get. But He's obligated to at least one time present it to you, so that you'll be without an excuse at that day. [Matthew 16:1]

L-78 Oh, I feel in my heart. Wait till sometime God sends me to Palestine. The Jews look for that. They read the New Testament--them that come up out of Iran. They begin to read it. They said, "You mean Messiah's been here."
"Yes, He's dead and raised--raised again."
He said, "Let us do Him--let us see Him do the sign of the prophet and we will believe it."
I like to see them--call them out like this here, thousands. Say, "Now, you accept the Messiah then," and on the same grounds where the Holy Ghost poured out the first time, God will pour It out again on the Jews. Then the Gentiles are finished. You know that. They'll trod the walls of Jerusalem down until the Gentiles be finished. When the Jews gets the Holy Ghost, and receives the Gospel, and starts, they'll missionary the world. They'll take it where the Gentiles didn't even think of going. That's right. They're just waiting. It's your day of grace. Come in while you can.
I was within a hundred to two miles of it just recently, was going right on my ticket up there, and I walked out on the ramp and the Holy Spirit said, "Not yet. Turn this other way, and go up towards India." And I did. See? He wouldn't let me go, 'cause it's just not seasonable. But someday God will let me do it. I believe it. I want to see it with all my heart.

L-79 Now, I'm going to ask you all to be reverent, just as reverent as you can. You say, "Brother Branham, what you talking about? You're stalling." I am. Exactly. I'm waiting for that Angel of the Lord to come. That's exactly right. I don't know none of you, and how--how could I do anything. I can't. It's Him. I can't do it, even when He comes unless your faith operates it. It's not me. I can't see visions unless it's your faith that does it. Sure. God's will by Divine gift, only thing I do is just keep yielding myself, and as I get myself completely yielded to the Holy Spirit, then He starts talking. It's no me. He is using my voice, but it's not me. It's Him. See? That's just the Scripture exactly. See?
All right. Is this--is this the man? All right. I just... Yet I'm waiting for His... come. Now, I want you all to just keep your seats. Be real reverent. Now, at this time through Jesus Christ's Name, I take this group of people under my control for the glory of God and every spirit in here to be subject to the Holy Spirit.

L-80 Now, the man who stands before me is a perfect stranger to me. Is that right, sir? We are strangers to each other? Never seen me before in life. Well, then that's... You just come... You heard of me but never saw me. Then you just come in here, and somebody give you a prayer card either last night or tonight and here you are. You just happen to be... You was the first one called on the platform. That's right. It was given to you tonight, and you was called on the platform tonight. Well, that's mighty fine to get a prayer card the first night and be called to the platform. Must be it's God's will for it then. I don't know. I've knowed people following for months and months and never get a prayer card to be called. So it just sovereignly works that way.

L-81 Now, kind sir, you and I are diff--are probably was born years apart, and miles apart, and our first time meeting, but yet if the Holy Spirit of God could tell to me like He did through Christ at the woman at the well, or when He knowed where the fish was that had the coin in its mouth, or--or different things like that.
How He said to Nathanael, when Nathanael was found by Philip and brought him to the... Jesus first of His ministry... Nathanael got saved, and he went and found... Or Philip got saved, rather, and went and found Nathanael, oh, fifteen miles or more around the mountains. And he brought him back. He said, "Come, see Who we found, Jesus of Nazareth, the Son of Joseph."
He said, "Could there be any good thing come out of Nazareth?"
He said, "Come and see."
So when he come, he walked up in the line like you're standing now by the side of the Lord Jesus, and He said to him, "Behold, an Israelite in whom there's no guile." Now, this fellow was a real bel... Was a real Orthodox Jew. He belonged to the Sanhedrin. He was a... Belonged to the church. He was everything staunched in religion. So how could this Man, Jesus, know that he was a Christian or a believer, we'd call it, to then, when he could've been a critic or anything else, but how did He know it?
And he said to Him, "Rabbi (or teacher), whence knowest Thou Me?"
And Jesus said, "Before Philip called you, when you were under the tree (fifteen miles away), I saw you when you were under the tree." [Matthew 17:27], [John 1:42, 46-48]

L-82 The Jews turned around and said, "That's the devil. That's Beelzebub. He's the chief of the fortunetellers."
Jesus said, "I'll forgive you for that, but when the Holy Ghost is come and does the same thing and you say that, it'll never be forgiven in this world or in the world to come," 'cause He predicted the Holy Ghost would do the same thing He did. And He is the Holy Ghost, Christ in spiritual form. But what did this believer say?

L-83 Now, if the Lord Jesus will let me know what your trouble is, will you believe that it's Him standing here and not your brother? You believe it's Jesus that's telling that? Would that be your attitude towards Him? If it would, would you raise your hand? All right, sir. All right. It would be. Now, may the Lord grant it. Will the rest of you believe with all your heart, everywhere? Now, get all the doubt away from you. More doubt you get combed out, greater God can work with you.
Remember, it is not me: Christ in a form of the Holy Spirit that's here now. I believe that He will let me know this man's trouble, the same as He let Christ know the woman's trouble that was standing at the well. Now, the man can be judge of that. I... If he knows what was in his life, surely He'd know what was in the future. So He would know how to do.

L-84 Now, I... Now, believe that Christ the Son of God that we are becoming yielded to His Spirit, and the man is aware that something is going on. It started right then with him because standing between me and him stands that Light, the Holy Spirit, the Pillar of Fire that led the children of Israel. He's conscious of it. If that's right, sir, raise up your hand. That's right.
The man's suffering with an extreme nervousness. He's all shook up and bothered about something. That's right, and he's suffering with a heart condition. That is true. He's got a rupture, and that is true. That's true. If that's right, raise up your hand, sir. You believe? Now, look here at me just a minute, sir. You know whether that was true or not. That's true, isn't it? Exactly. You believe me to be His servant, just a man, your brother, yielded to the Holy Ghost.

L-85 Let me tell you something else. I see something happen. The man I see him fall or fall backwards. He's just had a heart attack, and that heart attack come when it was hot weather. It's been about one, two, three, four or five, six or seven, through the winter, eight, nine. It was about last August, about... It was hot weather. You had a heart attack about nine months ago, something like that, and you're scared to death now that it's going to come back again, and 'cause you got a nervous heart, and brother, don't you believe that. That'll bring it on you. Refuse to believe that lie of the devil. When a man has a heart attack, he's stronger than he was at the first place. You believe with all your heart? Then go rejoicing, and praising God, and be over your trouble. Now, go and be happy and rejoice. Let's say, "Thanks be to God."

L-86 Nobody will never know the life that takes out of a person. Now, I can't tell you. Right now they's something about a man. I see him laying out somewhere and them doing something to him. It's the only thing I can remember right now. It's another world.
Now, I want you to be real reverent. Watch this a way. Believe. Don't believe me. Believe Him. Believe Him. Ask Him. Say, "Lord, if that's true... You people out there that won't be called in the prayer line, say, "Lord, I'm not asking, 'if it's true.' I believe it's truth, and if You'll just speak to me, it'll make me a great believer." Just do that one time.
Now, the lady here. I guess we're strangers to each other, lady. I never saw you in my life, but God knows you; I don't. There's a man up here beside of the woman. I don't know. Just a moment. Now, lady, I don't know you. I've never seen you, but one of these days you and I are going to stand in the Presence of Jesus Christ when He's in His glorified body and give an account. I want you to believe, and you'll know whether the--whether these things are true or not. You be the judge. See? You be the judge.

L-87 Never seeing you and never knowing you, the first thing I--I know that you're not from around here. You've come from somewhere else. That's right. You come from the south coming this a way (That's right.), down about Mississippi--down in the southlands. Then... And you're bothered with a--a disturbance. It's a mental disturbance. It's an oppression, and you're the wife of a minister, and your husband has got the same thing, and what's caused you to be this way is because of your husband. That's right, and you're having family trouble. Up right ready for a divorce, and your husband is kinda possessed. He's let Satan come in and take him over. That's right. Do you believe now? Is that true? Well, go on your road back rejoicing and be happy, and may the evil spirit go out and never bother again through Jesus Christ's Name. Amen.
Have faith. Don't doubt. Unbelief is sin, unpardonable sin. Just believe. That's all He wants you to do. All right.

L-88 I can see Him coming down, and the disciples standing there. They could... They had power, but they didn't have faith to use it. How true that is with this group of people tonight. Jesus, ten days before, give them power to heal the sick and raise the dead, and here they was on the epileptic case and had failed. They couldn't do it. This father run out and said, "Lord, I brought my son to Your disciples, and they couldn't do nothing for him." Said, "Can you help him?"
He said, "I can if you believe, but it's up to you to believe."
So when the devil was gone from the boy, the disciples said, "Why couldn't we do it?"
Said, "Because of your unbelief." Not the lack of power. This church has power enough tonight right in here this group of people to do anything, but you haven't got faith enough to do it. You won't--just won't do it. [Matthew 17:16-20]

L-89 You have faith enough to walk, sir. You have power enough if you had faith. You have power enough too, lady, in the cot, if you'd believe, but that's up to you. See? The finished work, I couldn't do nothing. If Christ was standing right here with this suit on, He couldn't do nothing for you. He's already done it. It's already finished at Calvary. See? He'd asked you, "Don't you believe that I did it then?"
"Yes, Lord."
Say then, "According to your faith, believe it. Act on it." That's all He can do. He can't... If you're redeemed... If something's in a pawn shop, and you've redeemed it, and got a receipt for it, how can you redeem it again? It's already paid for.

L-90 Now, this young lady standing here, I suppose we being strange to each other, God in heaven knows our hearts. But I--I--I don't know you, and as far as I know I've never seen you in my life, but God knows us both. He knows all about us.
Now, like the woman at the well, the very picture tonight again here a woman and a man. Now, Jesus went in and set down against the well. And the woman come out to get some water. He begin to talk to her. He said, "Bring Me a drink."
She said, "It's not customary for you Jews to ask Samaritans such."
Said, "Well, but if you knew Who you were talking to, you'd ask Me for a drink and I'd give you water you don't come here to draw."
She said, "The well's deep, and You haven't got nothing to draw with." And the conversation went on and on and on.
After while He found where her trouble was. He said, "Go get your husband."
She said, "I don't have any."
Said, "That's right. You got five."
She said, "Sir, I perceive that You are a prophet." She said, "We know that when Messiah cometh, He will tell us these things, all things, but Who are You?"
He said, "I'm He." That was the sign of the Messiah. Now, here we are after nineteen hundred and something years, again tonight here stands man and woman. Now, He said, "I do nothing till the Father shows Me. The things that I do, shall you also." Here's the man and woman, the Bible laying here, God's promise, the Holy Ghost here. Now, what's He going to do about it. He's got to keep His Word, lady. He has, and if I'm an honest man in my heart, I'll tell you that everything you have need of... For you are a Christian. Your spirit feels welcome, and I know you're a Christian. Everything that you have need of was purchased at Calvary. The only thing that I can do is just to, maybe, be as a--as a prophet, or... You're barren and asking God to give you a baby. That's right. God bless you. I have never seen Him fail on one yet. A woman in Chicago fifty something years old come and asked for a baby. She got a fine boy. May God grant it to you.
Seems me like I see like swamps or something. I don't know whether it's this country, lot of cedar. Look like swamp willow, and it's kinda passing. It looks like Arkansas to me. Was you ever in Arkansas? It seems to me like it was Arkansas. It is Arkansas. It's Jonesboro, Arkansas, the blessed old Bible Hour Tabernacle where you're from. You're down there, and you're trying to contact... They's somebody else in here that's--that's trying to make a contact. It's an aged woman that's standing. L-92 Blessed be the Name of the Lord. "All things are possible to him that believeth." Do you believe?
Little lady, setting on the end of the seat there, you're bothered with a nervous condition, isn't it? Got real weary spells comes on you. Don't fear. It's gone from you. Have faith in God. If thou canst believe. You know the Bible said, "All things are possible." Isn't that true? All things are possible.
What about you setting there with prostate trouble, setting right up here, the man looking down across the balcony right up here, the elderly man? Prostate trouble, getting up at nights, do you believe, sir? Raise up your hand standing right up here. That's it. You believe, sir? White shirt on setting... All right. It's finished. You're healed. Have you got a prayer card? You don't have a prayer... You don't need one. You're healed, sir. It won't bother you any more. Your faith made you whole. Amen. L-93 All right. We're strange to one another, lady. I don't know you, never seen you in my life, but God does know you, doesn't He? And if God will speak... If I can yield myself to His Spirit.
Something happened. I don't know what it... Would you believe me then as His servant?
You have a different type of nervousness. The lady setting there with the little paper in her hand. You got a nervous condition too, but yours is a weary type of nervousness. You're mentally upset all time, and--and just seems like that you get gloomy and weary feeling, isn't it? That's right, and many times you get real weak before your day's work is done. You have to set down. Your strength is depleted. Isn't that right? Sometimes you get so weary you walk over to the window. I see you pull back the window and walk back and forth. The sun shining down on the side. Makes you have a real gloomy, weary feeling. Isn't that right? If that's right, raise up your hand? That's right. See? I'm not reading your mind, but sister, it's over. Your faith has touched Him now. Now, you go. Be real happy.

L-94 This lady, Satan lied to you. I seen a dark shadow come to you said you's going to lose your mind (You see?), go crazy. He said that to you. That's right. Right. Suggested suicide and everything else, but it didn't do a bit of good. He... God's healed you. That's right. You're going home now to be well. Have faith in God. Don't doubt. Believe.

They don't even know what to call it. That's just an excuse the doctor give you. That's all, but it don't do no good now. It's over. You can go ahead and be well. Your faith made you well. I don't know those people. I never seen them. I don't know you, but I challenge you in Christ's Name to believe the Bible is true and Jesus raised from the dead. Forget about those church creeds and things and serve the Lord. Believe on Him. He's raised from the dead. You've served Him in a measure. That's right.
But my dear friend, when the enemy comes in like a flood, God raises a standard against it. You read in these magazines and things how Satan is on a rampage. Yes, sir. God's raising a standard against it. Don't worry. He's always in the... He's always on the right side. He's always above the enemy all the time. [Isaiah 59:19]

L-96 Do you believe that, lady, setting right there? Yes. Had more faith than you thought you had. See? Faith is a subconscious thing, lady. Faith is not a mental act. See? It's something that you subconsciously do it. People try to look to their intellects for faith, when faith doesn't lay in here. Reasons lay here. Faith lays in the soul. Now, the trouble with your foot and leg... You believe that Jesus Christ make you well? You do? You accept it? Believe it? Had a little arthritis too, but Jesus Christ make you well. You believe it? All right. Then you can have it. Amen. Amen. She just kinda had to come to herself, for the Angel of the Lord was standing over her. See? Jesus said, "If thou canst believe, all things are possible." L-97 You're bothered, aren't you, lady? You're worried about something. It's your side. You're having numb spells like in it. That's right, isn't it? And you're afraid it's gallbladder trouble causing it. Yes'm, yes'm, but listen. What it is really, you've got a growth on the spine. Isn't that right? That's what's cutting the nerve off. It isn't the gallbladder. He was mistaken on that. It's that growth in your spine's pinching the nerve. That's what's causing your numbness. You have a gallbladder trouble, but that isn't causing the numbness. That's true, isn't it? Now, go and be well. Jesus Christ...?... in the Name of Jesus.
Everyone reverent. Be reverent as you can be now. Have faith. I know you're praying, mother. I'm trying my best. I can't do it. It takes you to do it if you'll believe for Him. All right. Wish I could. If I could, I'd heal everybody, but healing doesn't lay in me. It lays in Calvary. See?

L-98 You believe God will heal you of that rupture, mother, setting there with the little checked dress on? You were praying, saying, "Lord Jesus, let this be my night." Isn't that right, little mother setting right there? That's right. Uh-huh. That's right. Amen. Have faith in God. Believe Him. I wished you'd lay your hands on that lady next to you, 'cause she's got phlebitis that's bothering her bad, and she... Oh, Lord, I pray that the... Lord Jesus that You will heal her and make her well. Grant it, Lord. Amen.
Mother, being that you did that... The lady with her hands on the lady, turn your hand right back around and catch the lady setting right behind you. She's got trouble in her side. L-99 [Blank.spot.on.tape--Ed.]... Here kind of a little...?... You believe that Jesus would cure you of that lung trouble? Believe that He would make you well? You do? Do you accept it now that He heals you? But... All right. Then you can have it.
And you with your hand laying upon your head, sir. Do you believe with all your heart? Uh-huh. You got... You're--you put your hand on the lady? That's good. You got a--you got a cough and a back trouble that's bothering you, but you believe that Jesus Christ would make you well? If you can, you can receive what you asked for. All right.

But Lord, You'll meet his challenge, for You sent Jesus Christ, and He robbed Satan of ever power he had at Calvary. And Satan has did this, that the man could walk before a vehicle somewhere and be killed and fill a premature grave. But God You are here to take it off of him.
Then Satan, in Jesus Christ's Name, come out of the man. Every head bowed...?... [Brother Branham claps his hands--Ed.] Hear me? All right now. You had arthritis too. You had a kidney trouble too. Christ defeated you at Calvary. You are exposed here tonight by the Holy Ghost, and you're in the form of demon: cancer, deafness, dumbness, cripples, and all other diseases. You did this to the people, and Jesus Christ died to set them free. Come out of them. You can't hold them any longer. I challenge you in the Name...?... [Acts 19:12]
